WELCOME TO VIRTUAL SAFARIS
Wild Immersion is a movie theater offering virtual reality safaris from around the world. The wild animals in the films are curious and close by. With VR headsets you can exprience wildlife right at your fingertips without bothering the animals or enclosing them in cages.
The safari films are viewed with virtual reality headsets and headphones. The duration of each film is 8 to 13 minutes. Terra Wild Safari travels through savannahs and rainforests, Aqua Magical Oceans takes you to shores and under the waves, Alba Winter Wonderland journeys over glaciers, Borealis Northern Wildlife soars over forests in autumn foliage and the new film Mignon Baby Animals brings the cubs and younglings from around the world to greet you.
A moment immersed into nature awakens compassionate action
Wild Immersion is endorsed by the Jane Goodall Institute. Proceeds are geared towards helping endangered animals and establishing nature conservation areas internationally. Wild Immersion Finland raises funds with nature inspired art exhibitions towards conserving biodiversity in Finland. In 2019 the art sale donation is towards Seitasaari, a beautiful ancient arctic forest purchased by the Finnish National Heritage Foundation.
A virtual safari is the mind's journey into nature
Virtual safaris are enjoyed by children and adults who appreciate nature and are interested in seeing the world. The VR headsets are best suited for school age children and older. Smaller children can watch the safaris in a guardian's lap. Virtual safaris are an ethical alternative to travelling and are especially appreciated by individuals who don't have the possibility to take a trip.
Such beautiful art work and a tangible, heartfelt virtual reality. Our world is such a beautiful place. I hope future generations are able to enjoy it for a long time.

It was a valuable gift to be so close to wild animals without them being scared of me.
Kari, Art Saturday participant
It was fun to have the animals come up close and to examine them. It was exciting when it got dark and I wondered which animal will show up next.

Nature inspired art from Finland
Wild Immersion held a showroom during 2019 in the beautiful Helsinki Hotel Haven. The lush and green Rainforest gallery was filled with colourful wildlife paintings by Katariina Souri and the impressive metal sculpture “Black Rhino” by Eliya Zweygberg. The Arctic Taiga gallery was created to feel like a winter wonderland with Souri’s paintings inspired by Nordic wildlife and Zweygberg’s “Snowy Owl” at prey over the showroom. Art sales in 2019 included a contribution to conserve natural biodiversity in Finland.
